Description

1. Richard Hirdson of Coulton in furnass fells, Lancashire, yeoman.

2. William Pennington of Bandrakehead in Furnass fells aforesaid, weaver.

Premises: all (1) fields near Oxenparke in Furnassfells, a close called Sawrey Dike, a dale of arable land in a close called Great Sayle and a parcel of meadow in Coultonfield.

Consideration: £120.

Rent: 3d bloomsmithy rent.

Witnesses: John Chamney, Edward Keen, John Penington, Thomas Scotson?, James Dodson.
