2) Wm.Robinson of Much Marcle Blacksmith, Hannah wife of Wm. Robinson

3) Edward Wallwyn of Hellens gent.

Recitation of Lease & Release 4 & 5 June, 1778 between William Robinson & Hannah his wife (1) John Hallet late of Bickerton (2) & Thos.Shayle of the same, yeoman (3) and fine, a messuage, garden, orchard, & blacksmith's shop were, with three other parcels & land, conveyed to John Hullett & his heirs to such uses as William Robinson & Hannah his wife should appoint, and in default of such appointment, to Hannah for life for her jointure & in heir of dower, & their heirs, & remainder to the right heirs of William Robinson.

Recitation of lease & release, 5 & 6 March, 1779 between William Robinson & Hannah (1) & J. Taylor (2), in consideration of £80, mortgage of messuage called Bakers with garden, orchard & blacksmith's shop adjoining: redemption was not made

Edward Wallwyn has contracted for the absolute purchase.

Now - in consideration of £231, the conveyance of the premises to Wallwyn.
