Description:
1. (a) A railway commencing in the parish of St. Andrew the Less, by a junction with the Cambridge and Ely main line and terminating in the parish of Swaffham Prior.
- (b) A railway commencing by a junction with (a) and terminating in Fordham by a junction with the Ely and Newmarket Railway.
- (c) A railway commencing in Fordham by a junction with the Ely and Newmarket Railway and terminating in the parish of Barton Mills (co. Suffolk).
2. (a) A tramway commencing in the parish of Wisbech St. Peter near the Station, and proceeding along the side of the Wisbech and Lynn Branch Railway, and along the road from Wisbech to Ely and terminating in the parish of Emneth (co. Norfolk), near the Wisbech canal.
- (b) A tramway commencing by a junction with (a) and terminating in the parish of Outwell.
- (c) Commencing by a junction with (b) and terminating in the parihs of Upwell (co. Norfolk).
- (d) & (e) Junction lines on Tramway (a), in the parish of Elm.
3. Purchase of additional lands in Whittlesey, near the Three Shoes public house, and authorisation to levy tolls over Whittome's Bridge.
