PARTIES: 1. Robert Henry Hurst of Horsham Park, Sussex, and of the Middle Temple, Esq. Barrister at law.
SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION: Declares that he is the trustee of the will of Giles Greenaway deced. and that Samuel Higgs one of the trustees d. Jan. 1824 and that Robert Hurst the surviving trustee d. April 1843. Upon the d. of Robert Hurst 1.'s father Robert Henry Hurst as his heir at law became the new trustee and he d. Feb. 1857 and thereupon the trusts of the will devolved on 1. as his heir at law.
Mary Youde named in the will of Giles Greenaway was married to Edward Youde on 17 Dec. 1811 and had only one child Mary Jane who was baptised 15 Oct. 1813. Mary Youde d. June 1817. Charles Greenaway named in the will of Giles Greenaway married 1.'s aunt Charlotte Sophia Hurst in 4 May 1813, he was only once married and he d. without issue in Nov. 1859,
