Description

Counterpart lease for 20 years at a peppercorn rent from John Bass jun. of Great Kington gent. to John Bass sen. of the same gent. and Mary his wife of 2¼ yardlands and a close called Moores close in Great Kington, to secure payment by the former to the latter of a sum of £20 per annum for the rest of their lives.
