SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION:
(inter alia) to wife Elizabeth Gibbons and her heirs for ever - all 1.'s messuages lands etc. Rest and residue of ready money, plate, jewels, and chattels, real and personal and all other 1.'s personal estate to wife Elizabeth who is appointed sole executor.
