13 Novr. 17 Eliz. Indenture. Parties Nicholas Hancocke of Lougher Higham Co. Lancr. Esq, & William Hancocke of Lougher Higham ---- gent. son & heir apparent to said Nicholas of the one part and Robert Waryn of South Kirkbie Co. York gent. of the other part.
Lease in consideration of "a certain sum of Money" to Robert Waryn of a messuage in South Kirkebie, late in the tenure of Robert ------ & John Holgate & of all houses, pastures etc, etc, now or late in the occupation of the said Robert ---- & John Holgate & of William Sedley decd. for the term of 21 years at the yearly rent of 40/-.
Indorsement that lands in the possession of John Holgate only extend to land late in the possession of Wm. Sedley decd. & that Robert Waryn shall not assign the land to any person but his wife or some of his lawful children except by Licence in writing.
