Settlement on intended marriage of John and Elizabeth Conveyance to trustees to use of Elizabeth and heirs till the marriage, after to use of John for life, remainder to use of Elizabeth for life, remainder to use of heirs of their bodies, remainder to use of survivor of John and Elizabeth and the survivor's heirs; covenant to discharge mortgage within 4 years the term of 999 years to be granted to trustees on trust that should Elizabeth die without issue leaving John surviving, the trustees should within 1 year raise £600 as she should appoint by will; or in case Elizabeth should survive John without issue by him and he should have paid off the mortgage, to raise the £600 as appointed by his will

Settlement of the Lurkenhope estate to use of John Price for life, remainder to use of Elizabeth for life remainder to use of John their eldest son and his heirs and assigns, subject to proviso allowing the parents to charge the property with portions for other children not exceeding £1000; as to the messuage in co Radnor in which John and Elizabeth did then dwell and on her property in Radnor, to their use during their joint lifes, remainder to 2nd parties in trust, remainder to use of Henry Price 2nd son and heirs of his body, in default remainder to use of Robert Littleton 3rd son and heirs of his body, remainder to use of William Price 4th son and heirs of his body, remainder to use of other sons and heirs of their bodies, or heirs of the bodies of John and Elizabeth, or John Price's right heirs
Fine levied at Grand Sessions on 3 messuages, 15 acres land, 10 acres meadow, 10 acres pasture, 2 acres wood a and 10 acres furze and heath in parishes of Knighton and Llangunllo co Radnor
Declaration that the fine levied should enure to those uses
