Particulars and conditions of sale of property and land at Bedford to be sold by auction by Strafford, Rogers and A W Merry Ltd at their Estate Room, Bedford on 2nd December 1921 by direction of the trustees of the will of F C Collins Esq deceased viz:
(a) 9, Shakespeare Road and garden in occupation of General Westrope.
(b) 39, Chaucer Road, in occupation of the Rev L P Smith.
(c) 41, Chaucer Road, in occupation of Mrs E Shaw.
(d) 42, Chaucer Road, known as -Clairmont- with garden in occupation of C McKenzie.
(e) 44, Chaucer Road, known as -Furness- in occupation of U Gardner.
(f) 58, Chaucer Road, known as -Kieth- with garden in tenure of J Osborn for three years.
(g) 66, Chaucer Road in occupation of Mrs J L Kent.
(h) 68, Chaucer Road in occupation of Commander J H D Cunningham.
(i) Building land (areas of 4180 and 4160 sq ft) fronting Spenser Road in occupation of Mrs J L Kent and Commander J H D Cunningham respectively.
Conditions of sale derive title with Conveyances as follows:
(a) 4th August 1905 (b & c) 24th February 1903 (d & e) 23rd June 1900 (f) 23rd November 1905 (g & h) Mortgage of 6th July 1894 (i) Conveyances of 5th February 1913 and 10th April 1900 respectively.
Includes bidding notes in margin.
