i) has lately put up property in Northill and Sandy for sale by auction and ii) and iii) were the purchasers of Lot 4 with right of way and timber for £611 11s 9d

It has been agreed that piece of land being N side of lot 4 should be conveyed to iii) for £311 11s 9d (part of said purchase money), but subject to right of way 10 feet wide over W side of said land, for use of ii), or occupiers of other part of the land, conveyed to ii) by deed of even date

Now in consideration of £311 11s 9d paid to i) by iii)
