2. Alignment of rails, Woodbridge (co. Suffolk)
3. Construction of a reservoir at Chesterton (co. Cambridgeshire) between the Cambridge to St. Ives line and the Cambridge to Ely line.
4. Herning Basin extension, Lowestoft (co. Suffolk)
5. Additional lands at Poplar [North Greenwich], Tottenham (co. Middlesex), Histon (co. Cambridgeshire), Kelvedon and Brightlingsea (co. Essex)
