Apud Macc' die lune prox post fest Sce. Marie Magdalene a.r. r. etc.

Jurors. George Holford Kt, deputy for Thomas earl of Derbi' lord Stanley, steward; William Sauage Esq; John Dauenport, Adam Birkheued clerk of court. Pledge for Fine, Richard Sutton Esq and Reginald Dounes.

Surrender and Admittance (Fine 9s.8d.) at the customary services and also by service of finding a chaplain at Macc' to pray for the soul of Adam Alicok and all other Christians, with a Quitclaim from Party 1 to Party 2, in all the land and tenements which Adam Alicok chaplain lately had in the town of Ketulshulme or elsewhere within the forest; value 9s.8d.per annum.
