Tenancy sheets ('dead tenants'); printed sheets or forms (one or more per tenant) recording for each smallholding scheme occupied the O.S.no.(s)., plot no(s). area in acres, annual rent, date or change column, which includes notes on the nature of the estate such as arable land, pasture land, house and buildings, watercourses, etc.; plus details of surrenders and re-lettings, rent increases, renewal and withdrawal of licences, notices to quit; and other notes, such as details, re- nature of estates and ownership and Committee reference. Tabulated information at the foot of the form records total area of the holding by acreage group, i.e. less than 10, 10-20 etc. and if 'up to Part IV Standard', and whether whole-time or part-time.
