Recites: as ABE 25T; settlement on marriage of WN's daughter Cicely Louisa Nevill to Charles Gathorne Gathorne Hardy, by which a ninth share of settled funds were to be held in trust for her, 1872; settlement on marriage of WN's daughter Alice Maud Nevill to Henry Morland, Captain in the 5th Lancers, by which an eighth share of the settled funds were to be held in trust for her, 29 Sep 1884; WN's third son George Montacute Nevill already provided for; WN and CN's wish to make further provision for Cicely Louisa Gathorne Hardy.
Now WN and CN appoint that, subject to their lives, so much of the settled funds as (together with the ninth share already appointed in trust for her) will make up an eighth share of the whole shall be held in trust for Cicely Louisa Nevill; the residue to be held in trust for WN's younger children Henry Gilbert Ralph Nevill, William Beauchamp Nevill, Richard Plantaganet Nevill, Idina Mary Nevill, Rose Nevill and Violet Nevill in equal shares
