Although the original spine of the first volume is entitled "Joint Health Committee", the minutes seem to be those of a committee concerned with housing. The minutes for 1957 - 1964 (CBBU 31/10 - 11) were deposited separately by Burnley Library on 12 December 1997. Accession number 8302.
