(5) pp. 689-731, Notarial copy of Mr. Buckingham's Letter of 16th Jan. 1820, alleged by him in his Evidence before the Committee of the House of Commons to have been altered by the Bengal Government, and correspondence on the subject between the Court of Directors and the Authorities in India 20th June 1826 to 13th Aug. 1828.
