Richard Besbeech of Newington Co. Surry, Yeom., Thomas Besbeech Junr., Richd. Besbeech, Junr., Sons & coheirs of John Besbeech the younger late of Goudhurst, decd., Thomas Besbeech Senr. of Goudhurst, Butcher, & Allice his Wife, George Besbeech of Goudhurst, Clothier, & Elizabeth his Wife; to Thomas Nipsan of Goudhurst, Clothier, & Solomon Weare of Horsemonden, Yeoman; Covenant by fine to acknowledge right of said Thomas Nipsan in the 5 pieces aforesd; and that the said Thomas & Solomon should stand siezed of said lands for purposes therein mentioned
