Description: John Rodgers, of Sheffield, merchant, as mortgagee (by his being devisee and executor under the will of Margaret Rivington, late of Sheffield, spinster, who was the dau. of Elizabeth Cross, to whom the premises were mortgaged in 1796), with John Jeeves, of the Grange, par. Sheffield, gent., and his wife, Mary Ann, and Sarah Warris, of the same, spinster, (devisees under the will of William Younge, decd., to whom the lease was assigned in 1808), all to Gabriel Reedal, of Sheffield, surgeon. Leasehold land as TT/95/1-2, with the house, stable and gighouse thereon. For £1,600 paid to John Jeeves and his wife, Mary Ann, and Sarah Warris.
