(a) John Leggatt, as in Add Mss1128, and John Battcock, as in 1128 (a trustee for said John Leggatt and his heirs), (b) Thomas Sprent of Chilgrove in West Dean, blacksmith, and Henry Gratwick of North Marden, yeo. (c) John Cooper of Chichester, grocer (a trustee for (b))

From (a), by direction of (b), to (c), to hold three-fifth parts of the property in trust for said Thomas Sprent, who has advanced £600 of the principal sum, and two-fifth parts in trust for said Henry Gratwick, who has advanced £400. Bond for repayment from John Leggatt to (b)
