These documents were collected together by Mrs Emily Susan Hicks Beach in a bundle labelled by her "Quenington 1900 Purchase of Quenington Farm & Hardy's Farm", except the agreement for occupation dated 1900, which was previously part of a bundle also collected together by Mrs Hicks Beach and labelled by her "1879 to 1905 Quenington 6 Leases"
