Land called the Ball field; woodland called Hill Wood and the Silver Hill wood; messuage at Hurst Green; brooklands called Chittendens Brooks in occ. of John Hilder; messuage near Salehurst church in occ. of Thomas Ballard and William Card; messuage called Culvendens and Welches near Hurst Green in occ. of Joseph Reed, in Salehurst. Rectory or parsonage of Salehurst, and tithes and profits. Messuage formerly in occ. of [blank] Clipnsett and now of Richard Noakes, all in Salehurst. Messuage called Hare Holt in Mayfield. Messuage called Birkhams and Beachland (50a.) in Salehurst. Lands called Fledge alias Benbriggs meadow (4a.), and Beachland (47a.); three pieces of brookland (10a.). Messuage called Silverhall farmin Salehurst formerly in occ. of Thomas and John Weston. Lands called Upper Tolhurst and Lower Tolhurst (12a.) in Salehurst. Brookland called the Cow Brooks (15a.). In 1788 John Peckham of ridge in Salehurst, esq., bro. of George Peckham, dec'd., conveyed the premises in trust to William Boys of Wigsell in Salehurst, esq., John Pooke of Salehurst, gent., and John Newnham of Maresfield, esq., to the use of Elizabeth, w. of John Micklethwaite, sen., of Beeston, co. Norfolk, [sister of John Peckham], for life on payment of £250 yearly and then to the use of s. John Micklethwaite, jun., of Swaffham, co. Norfolk and his heirs for even on payment of a rent of £250 until the death of John Peckham. John Peckham is to be allowed to live in Iridge mansion house for the term of his life. In 1803 Elizabeth Micklethwaite, wid., conveyed her life interest in the premises to s. John Micklethwaite, now of Iridge in Salehurst, esq
