(1) pp. 1-380, Enclosure in Madras Secret Letter 25th Aug. 1813. (2) p. 3, Lieut.-Col. J. Leith (Judge Advocate-General) to W. Thackeray (Chief Secretary) 8th June 1813, with, pp. 4-380, Proceedings (18th Aug. to 24th Oct. 1812) of a native General Court-Martial assembled at Quilon on Tuesday 18th Aug. 1812 by order of Lieut.-Col. Hamilton Hall, Commanding the troops in Travancore, to try charges of Mutiny against certain native officers and soldiers. The President of the Court was Subadar Letchman Sing, 1st Bat. 5th N.I.
