Abstract of title (1861) of the surviving executor of William Barnacle to a rent-charge issuing out of the Stratford-upon-Avon Canal Navigation, commencing with a conveyance, dated 31 May 1856, between Sarah Barnacle and Edward Gibbs (executor of William Barnacle) of the first part, the Oxford, Worcester and Wolverhampton Railway of the second part, and the proprietor of the Stratford-upon-Avon Canal Navigation of the third part; and ending with a note of the death of Sarah Barnacle on 1 June 1860.
