- Construction of a light railway from the Great Eastern Railway, Cambridge and St. Ives brance line at Oakington to Cottenham, passing along the High Street, Cottenham, and terminating at the commencement of Twenty Pence Road; construction of a branch from the main line along Broad Land, Cottenham.
Passing through the following parishes:
- Oakington, Westwick, Cottenham (all co. Cambridgeshire)
