(a) Declaration, dated 17 June, 1896

Of William Cousins Taylor of 40 Culverland Road in the City of Exeter, coal merchant

As to the conveyance of property, the draft of which is below.

(b) Draft Conveyance of above, 29 September, 1892.

(1) Frederick William Kitts of Fore Street, Exeter, tailor and Thomas Martin of Bedford Circus, Exeter, accountant.

(2) William Cousins Taylor of Springfield Road, Exeter, Coal merchant.

Parcel of ground formerly part of Specott Long Fields in the parish of St. Sidwell, which has a frontage of 25 feet on Union Road and is bounded by Culverland Road on the west.
