Description

Bargain sale and feoffment from Edward Collett the older of Kingswood in the parish of Rowington yeoman, Phillipa his wife, Edward Collett the younger, son and heir of the said Edward Collett the elder, and Anne his wife to Edward Ferrers of Baddesley Clynton gent, of a pasture called Blacke croft, a meadow called Little Blacke meadow in Baddesley in the tenure of John Smyth and any other lands belonging to the grantors in Baddesley Clynton or in the Walleys. To hold the same for ever, the said grantors appointing Robert Warner of Kingswood gent. and John Slye the younger of Kingswood yeoman attorneys to deliver seisin. Consideration: 100 marks.

Four circular seals of red wax on tags. ¾ in.
