1. William Brigen of Bridgnorth gentleman

2. George Lowe of Stannell in the parish of Kinlett yeoman

Agreement to demise a messuage of William Bridgen's called the Hole and Fiddle in Choreley (late John Browne and Richard Browne), excepting the woods and timber, from 25 March next for 21 years at £18 rent, with proviso for reentry after 21 days and for determination after 3,6,9, or 12 years of the term on 12 months notice by either party, Bridgen agrees to allow £6 out of the first years rent which Lowe agrees to repay at the end of 3 years in case he quit the premises then. Bridgen agrees to put the messuage and buildings into repair before 1 June next, except thatching, after which Lowe will keep thatching and buildings in repair and Bridgen will allow him plowboot and cart boot on the premises. He is to keep the coppice fenced in and Bridgen will allow him 40s out of the rent

He may use all hay and clover now on the premises.

Covenant by Lowe to pay the rent on 1 June.

£5 penalty for everyacre of meadow plowed and for ever acre sown with flax, hemp, or rape above one acre in any year

The tenant shall not let without consent

He shall find what straw Bridgen shall want to repair the thatching, after he have first used for that purpose all the straw now upon the premises.

All hay, straw,fodder and dung made on the premises to be used there
