Description

Assignment from David Bull of Stichall, alias Stivechall, gent., to John Eales of Bilton, yeoman, for 200 pounds, reciting an indenture of lease from Eustace Burneby and Alice Knightley to the said David, dated 1 October 11 Charles I [no. 861] and another indenture made on the previous day between the said parties [no. 858] of the residue of a term of 98 years 11 months in the property described in no. 858.
