Letter from J.P. to W.P.G. stating that Mr Bruff takes their hesitation in supplying funds to Mr Gelson as an indication that the business is not as good as he had supposed, especially as he has learned that there had been several previous negotiations which had fallen through Mr Tucker has said that Mr Anstice will allow the coal & rent accounts to stand over until November. Mr Tucker suggests that Mr Bruff should be assured that the business will be carriedon until completion without asking him for more than the deposit. He has suggested that Mr Gelson visit W.P.G.
