Part of footpath from the Court Yard towards turnpike road in Eltham, along west end of garden ground of Mrs. Elizabeth Wilgress of Eltham, widow, and along north side of the same garden ground and garden ground of William Stace, Esq., 306 yards, 1 foot, long, to be diverted to new line, through garden ground [of Mrs. Wilgress] on the south side thereof, and by east end of garden ground of William Stace, 290 yards, 1 foot, long.
