Proposals for letting to farm all those farms with the outbuildings, lands and appurtenances thereunto called Ty Llwyd and Tan yn all situate in the township of Peniarth belonging to the Rev. Richard John Davies. Reserves trees and game. Tenants to pay accustomed rent at Michaelmas and Lady Day. Not to carry or remove any fodder or manure therefrom except with leave in writing and the hand of the landlord under forfeit of £5 ..... Tenant to hold year to year but determinable at the end of any year. Not to plough any of the meadow land on the North side, of Tan yr Allt....... and on the South side, and on Ty LLwyd Farm adjoining the brook called Cae Ihil and the driving way piece at the West ane of the house. Tenant to preserve game and Landlord reserves right of entry on Nov.1 for necessary work and to fence up the young clover.
