Reginald Henry Nevill of Mount Street, Middlesex, to Horatio [Walpole] Earl of Orford, surviving trustee of the settlement of RHN's parents George Henry Nevill and Caroline
Recites: settlement of 11 May 1787 (ABE 25F above) and endorsements; GHN and CN had two children (Henry Walpole Nevill and RHN); settlement on marriage of Henry Walpole Nevill and Francis Bacon, by which GHN appointed that on the deaths of GHN and CN, £8,000 should be raised and transferred to Henry Walpole Nevill, 20 Apr 1833; death of Henry Walpole Nevill without issue and the appointment of the residue of the settled funds to RHN; death of CN 21 Dec 1841 and GHN 7 Aug 1844; HW has transferred £8,000 to the settlement trustees and the residue to RHN
