Folio 188. Draft letter from the Local Government Board to R W Cooper, 4 Westminster Chambers, Victoria Street, SW. In compliance with his request they enclose a print of the draft of a provisional order which the Board proposes to issue under the Gas and Waterworks Facilities Act 1870, 33 & 34 Vic c.70 and The Public Health Act 1875, 38 & 39 Vic c 55 for enabling the East Dereham Local Board to carry out a gas undertaking [not included].
