Confirmation of the said property to Andrew Dawes for £2000.

Recitation of indenture of 11 April 1766 for securing the sum of £2000 and interest

The sum of £700, partof the sum of £2000 was the money of Edward Thornes.

Sum of £700 lent by E.Thornes, therefore A.D.shall stand seised and interested in the indenture of assignment and also the money thereby secured as well as the repayment of the said sum of £700 to Edward Thornes for securing the repayment of the sum of £1300 (remainder of the sum of £2000 advanced by A.D.)
