1. Widening and improvement of Newmarket to Cambridge line in the parishes of Wood Ditton and Newmarket All Saints.

2. Diversion of Wood Ditton to Newmarket road

3. Additional lands at Manea, adjoining the Ely to Peterborough branch line.

4. Additional lands at Temple Mills, West Ham, Canning Town, Witham, Ipswich, Beccles, Oulton, Lowestoft, Aspenden, Coltishall.
