Canon [Michael Francis] Glancey; provides information on the history of the Bloxwich property and Father O' Toole's [the Rev. Patrick O' Toole] claim that the Bloxwich Mission has the first right to the property; the solution would be for the Diocese to advance the £700 to repay the club.
