Sum: £100.
Condition: All agree to pull down the fences put up by James and Thomas Scotson who are enclosing a parcel of freehold common land without the consent of the above named and contrary to the law of the land. All agree to pay their equal share of any charge incurred.
Witnesses: Edward Sawrey, John Walker, Thomas Rigg.
