Deed to declare the uses of a fine, (1) John Clark of Westcot, in Burbage, gent., (only child of John Clark, late of Westcot, yeoman, deceased, by Hannah, his wife, formerly Hannah Cue, spinster), (2) John Crook of Marlborough, gent.
Tenement and one yard lands (50a.) in Westcot in Burbage.
(1) is seized of these premises under lease and release dated 16, 17 February 1753, being his father's marriage settlement; and said (1) has acknowledged a fine of the premises to (2) same day as present deed.
