Harvey of Long Bennington, yeo., and wife Ann (d. of T.S.) surrender out of court:-
Messuage and lands as above to specified uses 20 Oct. 1794
b) Wm. H. and wife admitted on death of T.S. 1½ oxgangs now 17a. enclosed in Far Stone Pit Field, and re-surrender the same to Jos. Lym, sen., and Jos. Lym, jun. 30 Apr. 1813.
Covering letter, Wm. Ostler at Grantham Lincs. to Wm. E. Tallents at Newark. 28 Nov. 1829.
