(2) Thomas Berrington of Cowarne Magna otherwise Much Cowarn esq.

(3) James Symonds of the city of Hereford, mercer.

Manor of Cowarne: capital messuages called Over Court, and Lower Court, with all messuages and lands belonging, in Much Cowarne.

(b) Assignment of mortgage, 23 July 1727

to Charles Hyett of the city of Gloucester esq.

for Residue of term.

(c) Assignment of mortgage 1 Jan. 1727/30

to Thomas Davies, now decd.

for Residue of term.

(d) Thomas Davies has died, and Mr. Berrington asked his executors to assign part of the mortgaged premises.

Now (1) to (3) at direction of (2)

A messuage and farm called Lower Hill End Farm, with houses and lands belonging, in Much Cowarne.

For residue of term of 1100 years.

Consideration: £400 from (3) to (2)

5s. a piece from (3) to the first parties

Declaration that until default is made in performance of the proviso, Thomas Berrington shall hold the property.
