Probate copy of will, dated 3 Dec. and James II 1686.
Testator : Samuell Rowley of Northwood in parish of Stotesdon [Stottesdon], co. Salop., gent. Messuage in Northwood where testator lives to Samuell Rowley, his eldest son, with cattle of all sorts, goods and chattels, household equipment etc., for payment of 30s. p.a. to daughter, Abbigall Rowley, and 20s. p.a. to youngest daughter, Hannah, and debts.
Property to Abbigall and Hannah Rowley after death of Samuell Rowley, testator's son, on condition that they pay his other 4 daughters £20 to Mary Meredith, £20 to Margaret Bird,£40 to Elizabeth Hincksman, widow, £40 to Martha Reynolds.
Executor : Samuell Rowley.
