1. Roger Bradeley of Bradeley Greene co Chester gentleman and Margaret his wife
2. Roger Hynton of Rydgewardyne gentleman
Consideration £120
Bargain and sale of their forme of chief capital mesuage or mansion house of Ridgewardyne in the parish of Drayton in Hales (Roger Hynton) and 3 pastures or parcels of ground in Hynton called Bythome field other Okeley or Okeley woodes and one other Okeley More,and all hereditaments which they have in Margaret's right within the parishes of Drayton Whitchruch and Burlington, being lately lands of Gryffyth Hynton esq deceased father to Margaret. Covenant to levy a fine as 2 messuages, 2 gardens, 2 orchards. 120 acres land, 60 acres meadow, 100 acres pasture, 30 acres wood, 20 acres heath and furze, 20 acres marsh and 6d rent in Ridge warden als Ridgewardyne, Betton, Drayton in Hales, Hynton, Whitchurch and Burlington, Roger and Margaret shall quitclaim the conuses or conusees to stand seized to use of Roger Bradeley and Margaret his wife and heirs of the body of Margaret, in default to use of Roger Hynton and his heirs for ever. Roger and Margaret covenant that they and their representative after the fine in levied shall not commit waste on the lands in Hynton or any partiof them during their lives and the life of the survivor
If Margaret have any issue alive after the deaths of herself and Roger, the conusee or conusees shall then stand seized to the use of Roger Hinton, his executors, administrators and assigns, until they or some of them from the issues have receeved £133.6.8 in recompense of the purchase and expenses: the heir of Margaret's body to pay Roger Hinton, his executors, administrators or assigns this £133.6.8: afterwards to use of the heirs of Margaret's body and in default to use of Roger Hinton and his heirs
If Roger and Margaret or the heirs of Margaret's body, being seized, levy and fine or wittington suffer any recovery of the premises or say part, or suffer any estate or interest to be made or conveyed (other than for jointure of any wife or lease made for term of their lives) then their right shall cease and the conuses or conusees shall stand seized to the use of the person to whom the property should descend.
