Sir George Cooke, of Wheatley, bart., to William Birch, of Arksey, yeoman.
A barn with a foldstead called the Arksey Title Barn or Laith in Arksey and the tithes of Arksey, except the tithes from the glebe land, the poors' land now leased to Cooke, and all of Cooke's lands.
From Easter last past to Easter 1787. Annual rent of £102; and paying annually at the vicarage at Arksey for the use of the vicar 2 thraves of straw for litter and a sack of small corn called hinder ends for feeding poultry.
