Description

He has paid Mr. Henshaw and Mrs. Hinks of Wem the mortgage for his purchase of the tenements in Longford and they executed proper conveyances.

The term of 500 years is assigned over to Mr. Price in trust for Hill and all the deeds to the title were delivered to Dicken. The lands belonging have this year been set for £24, but another year he will lay them to Hill's own tenants' conveniency.

Mr. Chettoe has delivered his deed of marriage settlement and the deed and declare the uses of a Recovery.

The Paver continues close at his work at Hawkstone.

He met John Turner of Ightfield, who told him he is sued by Dr. Egerton of Whitchurch for Lyth herbage of four fields belonging to the tenement Hill bought of Jno. Taylor in the parish of Whitchurch. There has always been a modus of two pence a year pd in lieu to the Rector of Whitchurch.
