Inter alia, the yard leading to the offices & buildings belonging to a capital messuage, near the messuage oce.
RT How & near another messuage, occ. for many years by Fenn Cole & then by Eliz. Cole, reserving to How a right of way through the. yard to the messuage & outhouses occ. Cole, & to a messuage adjoining used by How as a library.
The right of access to the pump for those who occupy the houses than occ. R.T. How & Eliz. Cole, was inadvertently omitted from the conveyance.
