Parchment 1 membrane 13" wide by 8"; printed form "filled in". Turn-up for seal label along right edge. Much stained and discoloured, damp and fungold patches. Seal, a wafered pendant on a label at left edge, venica. (White paper is coming apart showing a poor kind of pin wax inside). Duty Stamps £180. Device and legend effaced.
