Letter from Charles Wright, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Board, informing the Board that the guardians had agreed the sum of £50 to Wright as Clerk of the Assessment Committee for the year 1869 ending 1870. Wright requests the sanction of the payment.
Annotated: 'Ask whether this sum was recommended by the Assessment Committee.' 16 March 1870.Paper Number: 12400/1870.
