Of the Admission of Augustus Eliott Fuller, esq., on the death of John Fuller, esq., to:- A messuage and 8 acres called Cross in Hand, rent 1/s

A messuage and 12 acres called the Bowleys and Redfield formerly Willards, rent 3s.6d

Coneybury field and Floodgate field, 10 ac., formerly Willards, rent 2s.6d

Little Potmans, pasture, ½ ac., rent 2½d

A messuage and 12 ac. called Pooks, rent 2s.6d

A tenement, barn and 80 ac. formerly Samuel Fuller's called Funnells otherwise Furnace Land, rent 7s

Lands called Woods Place, 4 acres, formerly Samuel Fullers rent, 10s

A messuage and 50 acres and one watermill formerly Bexhills rent 9s.2½d

A messuage and 10½ acres called Leopards and 5 acres called the Brook formerly Bexhills, rent 4s

A tenement and 4 acres formerly Bexhills and before Smith's rent 9d

A messuage and 12 acres called Sharpe bounding to the highway from the watermill to Sharpe Corner, formerly thos. Bexhill's, rent 1s.6d

1½ acres called Skinners near Waldron Down formerly Samuel Fuller's and before Woods, rent 4½d

Another piece near Waldron Down also formerly Sam. Fuller's and before Woods, rent 1s.2½d

A messuage, barn and 6 acres called Woodmans near the Thorn and abutting to the Mill coppice, W., formerly Bakers, rentals

Coppice and woodlands containing 21 acres lying to Waldron Down and adjoining freehold lands called Pook Reed formerly Shirleys and before Kennards, rent 3s.8d

A messuage and 7 acres called Goodgrooms formerly Bexhills, rent 10½d

A piece of land on Dicker Common in Chiddingly containing 21a.25p. being the allotment made to the late John Fuller under Enclosure Act in respect of copyhold tenements

At which premises John Fuller late of Rosehill held for life under the Will of Rose Fuller, esq., who died 7 May, 1777

John Fuller died, 11 April last, without having married

Thomas Fuller died, 18 Feb., 1780, leaving John Fuller, who afterwards took the name of Trayton, his eldest son who died in March, 1811, without being admitted to the copyholds

The said A.E. Fuller, after his Admission surrendered the premises to his own use to the intent that thereby and by virtue of the Act for the Abolition of Fines and Recoveries all estates tail &c. might be barred and destroyed. And Admission on such Surrender. Wm. Thorpe, steward
