Musical and documentary appraisal of the story of Lady Godiva of Coventry made for the 900th anniversary of her death and broadcast on BBC Midland Home Service 23 October 1967. It was compiled by Douglas Miller and John Fryer and produced by Charles Parker. Musical direction was by Pam Bishop. The narrators were Ewan MacColl and Joy Ashworth. Singers and instrumentalists were Pam Bishop, Fred Grindrod and John Fryer. The programme featured the recorded voices of Joan Lancaster, Dr Hilda Davidson, Alderman Harry Weston, Canon E. B. Poole and people from Coventry.
