Bar Close in Balderton to s. Wm. Peet of E. Leake, butcher, on trust for s. Rob. P. and wife Nancy for life, then for children. Spring Lane Close in Balderton to s. Wm. House in Whitfield St., Newark, to s. Sam. for life, then to grandson Sam. P. when 21; (if he die, then to grandson John s. of Rob.). Household goods to wife for life, then to Sam. All other personal estate to wife.
